AFTER WAX / SUGARING

  2. Apply soothing gels like aloe vera.

DONT’s

  1. Exfoliate your skin within 48 hours.

  3. Swimming and working out for at least 24 hours.
How do I prevent ingrown hair?

Ingrown hair are thin hair that do not come through the skin resulting in inflammation. The best way to prevent is to gently exfoliate 2-3 times a week with a body exfoliant.  We recommend you apply essential tea tree oil to avoid inflamation. You should also use Merben Bikini Jute Brush regularly that are designed to help minimize this sitatuation.

What makes sugaring hair removal different from waxing?
Sugaring is a 100% natural and organic hair removal method that is longer-lasting, deeply exfoliates your skin, is more hygienic because there is no double dipping, and is less painful than traditional waxing. Another major advantage of sugaring is that it is capable of removing shorter hairs.
Does Sugaring hair removal help with ingrown hair?
Yes it does. Sugaring exfoliates the skin and removes the hair from the bulb rather than breaking it.
Can I do sugaring or waxing if I am taking Accutane?
It’s not recommended that you wax or sugar any areas while taking Accutane (a drug that disables your oil glands). Your skin is far more susceptible to lifting and scarring while taking Accutane. We cannot perform body sugaring or waxing if you are currently on or have been on Accutane in the last six months.
How will my skin react after a Brazilian / full body waxing or sugaring?
While everyone is different, you may experience red spots on the skin a few hours or even days after your sugaring or waxing. This reaction indicates that the hair has been removed from the follicle, it’s normal, and they will disappear within days.
How does body sugaring hair removal work?
Body sugaring is another method of hair depilation (similar to waxing) and one of the best ways to remove unwanted hair. Unlike waxing, sugaring doesn’t require paper strips, it’s 100% natural, and uses a natural paste made from sugar, lemon juice, and water. Your Sugaring X-pert removes hair in the same direction it grows allowing them to remove the hair from the root and the bulb. This results in a longer lasting hair removal experience that nourishes the skin and thins the hair when it regrows.
How long should I wait between Brazilian waxing and sugaring appointments?
We recommend that you wait at least four weeks between your sugaring and waxing appointments.
What Areas of the body can be sugared?
Sugaring hair removal can be applied to any part of your body. It’s safe, the preferred method for receiving a Brazilian service, and it delays hair growth longer than waxing does.
Will my hair grow back more thick and hard?
No, Waxing and Sugaring has opposite effect on hair growth. The hair grows thinner and softer and it takes them longer to come out, thus helping you maintain the hair easily with regular visit.
I don't have much hair. Will I get discount on the service?
Our charges are determined per service, not by amount of hair.
